Coin Vibrations Motors(with Brushes)

JTC0827B019F uses a 2-conductor flexible printed circuit (FPC) extending from the vibration motor body. This model comes with 0.2mm thick foam padding and double-sided tape for easy installation. We can supply parts without pads and tape or with pads of different thicknesses. The FPC can be attached to the PCB via “hot rod soldering” or it can mate with pogo pins on the PCB. Please note that the minimum order quantity is 20K pieces. Please inquire about other FPC configurations with lower MOQ. Samples are in stock.

Measuring only 8mm x 2mm, the JTC0820B006F is our smallest 8mm diameter brushed flat vibration motor. The motor comes with self-adhesive tape that can be used to secure the motor to the PCB or the inner wall of the product housing. It can also be ordered without tape if your application does not require it. The motor comes with leads to which we can add standard connectors. For orders of 10K pieces or more, we can provide custom FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit).
